I think you will enjoy the movie "Leaves of Grass" (2010)
I just watched this on Netflix streaming. It is also available on Amazon streaming as well as free under Amazon Prime. Netflix labeled it a comedy but it is really a drama about personal fears, family and knowing one's self. Overestimating his own qualities and abilities, one brother struggles with the relative stereotypical and flaw-filled lives of his brother and mother. The lauded ivory league college professor returns home to learn how much he appreciates them both. Edward Norton delivers an excellent performance and displays his talent at character-acting.
